ARABIA FELIX, Sabaeans. Late 4th-mid 2nd centuries BC. Drachm (Silver, 16 mm, 4.94 g, 7 h), imitating Athens. Head of Athena to right, wearing crested Attic helmet; on cheek, Sabaean 'n'. Rev. ΑΘE Owl standing right, head facing; to left, olive sprig and crescent; to lower right, monogram; all within incuse square. Munro-Hay -, cf. 1.4ii2 (hemidrachm). Rare. Darkly toned. Somewhat rough, otherwise, very fine.
